HELLO, MY NAME IS TRISHA AND I AM 50 YEARS OLD. A WONDERFUL 50 YEARS OF NORMALLY BEING ABLE TO FIGURE OUT LIFE. UNTIL..... I REALIZED SOME OF THE THINGS I THOUGHT WERE "NORMAL" ABSOLUTELY WERE NOT!! SINCE MY LATE 40'S I'VE NOTICED CHANGES SOME ODD AND FUNNY SOME NOT, AND THESE "THINGS "NOT ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT CAN CREATE AN ALONE FEELING THAT'S JUST NOT FAIR. BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT!!! I CREATED THIS AS A WAY TO REACH OUT AND SUPPORT OTHERS, AS WE EXPRESS OURSELVES, LEARN FROM EACHOTHER AND HAVE A LAUGH. This Blog is dedicated to the ever growing adventures of our time in life called WTH is this, and why did No one warn us?! It is the WE CAN RELATE MOVEMENT on a topic known as perimenopause and menopause. As we journey together through this phase in our lives I will share blogs about some newly forced upon me "friends" that I did not choose and ways they have changed my life. I hope that by you being a part of this outlet that it brings you peace in knowing that you are NOT going crazy, some laughter, and hopefully clarity that in all this you are not alone! We all deserve a Crown, a Medal or something for navigating the symptoms that nobody talks about.
